Your search ends today! Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a CORE Associate Recruiter. In this role, you are responsible for industry and function-focused candidate sourcing, pre-screening, testing, and qualifying candidates. This is an amazing opportunity to learn recruiting from the ground up! You will learn the step-by-step recruiting process with formal and informal training.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the task-based recruitment activities as assigned including phone screening, email blasting, sourcing, research, posting jobs, coordination tasks, and others Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find passive candidates through a variety of methods ,including: complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research, and the development of existing candidate relationships Conduct introduction calls with candidates identified through the sourcing process Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates for assigned positions Identify and submit qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team based on the provided job description Work with the recruiting team to screen, test, and qualify candidates Communicate effectively with the Recruiting Team throughout the sourcing process Use appropriate systems (both manual and ATS) to track sourcing information, including source of candidates and search strings executed; to input candidate information, resumes, interview notes, and assessment results; and to provide candidate submittal data to be managed against established metrics

Qualifications Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent Fluent in English and French Nice to Have 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
