Job Summary We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisors to join our successful Independent Repair Shop. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience. You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate test drives. Ongoing education, spiffs are available to our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience. Job is commission team pay. Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive at the Independent shop Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease Answer customer questions about about their vehicle and the services needed Estimate repairs for customers using our Techmetric managing and estimating system. We use Autovitals for our digital inspections Conduct test drives to ensure we have done quality repairs and services Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customers expectations Commission Team Pay Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required Prior service advisor experience at an independent shop is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
