Automotive Paint Technician•4 Day Work Week•$30/

HR Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and entry-level Automotive Painters to join our team in Snyder, NE. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity for overtime on Fridays. As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint to vehicles and equipment, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets industry standards.

$25•$30 per hour

Schedule:

Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM•4:30 PM; Fridays are overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking. Mix and apply paint, primers, and sealers to vehicles and equipment. Use spray guns, brushes, and other tools to achieve a smooth and even finish. Inspect painted surfaces for defects and touch up as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive painting is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
