About the Position We seek a highly motivated and skilled Field Service/Installation Technician(s) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial security systems. Job Responsibilities Install physical security systems, including cabling and associated equipment. Troubleshoot, service, and maintain existing security systems. Maintain accurate records of service calls and support cases using our online CRM tool. Utilize computer tools to configure and test security equipment. Collaborate effectively with other field service personnel, support teams, project engineers, and systems engineers. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the installation, service, or maintenance of physical security systems, telecommunications systems, networking, IT field service, or electrical low voltage systems. Robust PC workstation or server skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
