The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, technical carpentry skills, and the ability to contribute to various construction projects across residential and commercial sites. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry work on construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical drawings Construct, install, and repair building frameworks and structures Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools Install drywall, windows, doors, interior and exterior trim, and other construction elements Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards Assist other team members with various construction tasks as needed Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently Participate in project planning and provide input on construction methods Comply with all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in carpentry or construction labor Proficient in using carpentry tools and power equipment Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license OSHA construction safety certification preferred Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints Excellent teamwork and communication skills Skills Framing Drywall installation Trim work Blueprint reading Concrete forming Equipment maintenance Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Must be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Requires frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing
