Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Help Desk Technician and Network Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of unique and diverse equipment in a manufacturing environment. If you have a knack for PC's, Printers, Network Cabling and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! •Please note—this position will have an emphasis placed on the physical layer of the network. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with, and have some hands on duties related to copper (Cat5E, Cat6) and fiber optic installations, including the maintenance of these systems. The candidate will oversee and manage the installation of these systems through the use of sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Windows based PC's in a manufacturing environment Printers (a wide range of printer types) in the manufacturing environment Maintain and troubleshoot network cabling Maintain and troubleshoot fiber optic circuits Maintain automated backup processes on Windows based servers

Qualifications:

Four years documented experience in the disciplines above High school graduate A+ or BICSI certifications desired, not required The ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required
