It is one of the nation's original three comprehensive cancer centers designated by the National Cancer Institute. The primary purpose of the Associate IT Support position is to provide remote and direct desktop support for customers throughout the institution. An Associate IT Support technician acts to remediate issues at the desktop and system level.

Ensure all leased and purchased assets meet minimum institutional standards, to include encryption before delivery to clients. Perform Loan Pool process duties. Securely track and properly assign computer equipment associated with the Loan Pool. Participates in project assignments Participates in project assignments as needed within an operational environment. Maintains project flow and is responsive to institutional needs. Other duties as assigned
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Level Degree Preferred Certification:
CompTIA A+
Certification, Microsoft Certified Professional, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician Preferred Experience:
MAC support experience.
