Responsibilities:

Coordinate closing and funding activities for residential loans, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and investor guidelines. Manage post-closing processes, address escalated servicing calls, and facilitate communication between members and servicers to ensure timely resolution, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Requirements:

Three or more years' experience in loan closing/funding required. Experience with conforming and non-conforming loans required. Experience reviewing closing documentation is required. Knowledge of the First mortgage loan process, from funding through investor purchase preferred.

In addition:

Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
