Tire and Lube Technician Mercer Automotive 1155 Iron Horse Drive, Park City, UT 84060 Lube Technician Overview Mercer Automotive is looking for a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. To perform lubrication services, with additional experience in performing wheel alignments and front end repairs. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and operating safely, contributing to a positive customer experience We offer an excellent environment for those looking to make a name for themselves in the automotive field. Job Duties As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing lubrication and maintenance procedures on vehicle engines and mechanical parts.

Other duties include:

Perform routine lubrication services, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements and transmission services. Conduct wheel alignments using precision alignment equipment Diagnose and repair frontend suspension issues, including struts, shocks, tie rods and ball joints. Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance needs, providing recommendation to customers Use of Coolant, Brake, Power steering Fluid Exchange Machines Performing All Vehicle Fluid Exchanges Coolant, Power steering, Brake Fluid, and Differentials Clean equipment and tools used in the maintenance process Repair of tires, exchange of tires and balance tires. Communicate with service writer regarding maintenance needs for the day and location of the vehicle. Qualifications A minimum of 3 year of related experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must possess good customer service skills; be able to work independently; be self-motivated; work well with others; ability to adapt to change; work well with a variety of personalities; ability to problem solve; ability to follow directions; possess strong organizational skills.
