We're looking for someone like you to steer our machinist operations. As a Precision Specialist, you will fine-tune equipment setups, ensuring seamless production and precise fabrication of our plastic components. Key Responsibilities Ensure equipment is operated efficiently and safely for CNC programming and advanced machining. Uphold the Quality Manual and Procedures adhering to detailed written and verbal instructions. Maintain accurate process data in Pro Shop/Part Level during production. Meticulously manage your time and ensure "Time Against Work Order" targets are achieved. In charge of production's commencement and completion processes, including loading, unloading, and ancillary tasks. Your Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED 2+ years' technical experience in CNC Lathe Machining Proficient in CNC Tooling, CNC Programming, and Troubleshooting Strong expertise in Blueprint Reading and use of CNC Machines Effective communication and team collaboration skills Further preference is given to candidates experienced in plastic machining and ERP systems.
