Outerwear allowance and service uniforms provided. How you'll contribute to the team : As a Plumbing Service Technician , you'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing dispatched service calls to address plumbing issues for residential and commercial clients. Troubleshooting and repairing piping systems and plumbing equipment. Documenting job details electronically using company-provided technology. Restocking and maintaining your service truck in an organized and safe manner. Promoting company services with professionalism and enthusiasm. Contributing to team safety and improvement through teamwork and cooperation. What you'll bring to the table : Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of plumbing issues. A professional appearance and demeanor in all customer interactions. Your own hand and cordless tools; specialized tools will be provided. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. How you'll qualify : High school diploma or GED equivalent (vocational or community college coursework in plumbing preferred). At least 5 years of experience in the plumbing service trade. Ability to acquire South Dakota and Sioux Falls Journeyman plumbing licenses. Knowledge of boiler control and operation is a plus. What to expect in the field : Physical strength, coordination, and stamina are essential for lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling loads up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights using ladders or lifts. Regular use of hand tools and clear decision-making in varied customer and technical scenarios.
