About the renovation technician position:

We're looking for a talented renovation technician who will be responsible for developing and executing effective renovation schedules that turn units over to properties on time; ordering all necessary materials and keeping accurate records of all units and items utilized for each. Responsible for renovating units which could include but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, repairs, cleaning, and painting Develop renovation schedules, monitor progress, and hold contractors accountable to strict production schedules Order project-related materials within budget guidelines; maintain accurate documentation of each ordered item Maintain constant communication with property managers and others as requested, providing daily project updates Ensure all contracted duties adhere to a detailed scope of work Inspect vacant units and inventory work to be performed adhering to the renovation process Negotiate pricing for all contracted work, including change orders, to stay within or below budget Comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required Minimum three years of experience with property management maintenance, building maintenance, renovations, or related trade is required
