This role offers a salary range of $60K-$75K, depending on experience, with comprehensive company-paid benefits.

Role and Responsibilities:

Upload, code, and review invoices with associated backup Serve as the AP system admin and point of contact for questions and requests Process weekly payments for multiple entities, including check printing and mailing Assist field personnel with invoice and vendor inquiries Manage vendor insurance and compliance Assist with vendor service agreement approvals and maintenance Facilitate vendor ACH setup/change requests

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred High school diploma required; Accounting degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Oil and gas industry experience is a plus Experience with major ERP systems
