Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Follow the team plan Set listing and buyer appointments Execute appointments Close sales Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent Team player CRM and database mastery Scripts mastery
Qualifications:
Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred A real estate license is required Great communication Commission opportunity Sales experience Must live within the office area About Company Keller Williams
