Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a HR Advisor to join our HRE Team to develop and maintain relationships with assigned HRE clients and deliver both advisory and client support services to them on an on-going basis.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Co-lead client kick-off meetings for all clients assigned Build Strategic HR Plans that outline priority projects for completion for each client based on their individual findings and recommendations reports Partner with clients to create, implement, and communicate on policies, procedures, laws/compliance, best practices, and Strategic HR Plan initiatives Partner with internal sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and completion of projects. Create and/or customize HR infrastructure tools for clients that include but are not limited to: employee handbooks, job descriptions, and performance review documents/systems, etc. Schedule and manage infrastructure tool projects such that they are completed timely, compliantly, and to the satisfaction of the clients Engage HR Specialists and HR Project Administrators responsibly as needed for assistance in completing and delivering projects to clients Maintain HRE client documents in folders using established document naming conventionsWHAT YOU'LL BRING
Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive human resources experience required Recent Human Resources experience in California required Minimum of one (1) year experience as HR Specialist in Coastal HRE program required Proven ability to deploy knowledge and critical thinking skills in recommending resolutions on all types of client HR matters Ability to interact positively with different types of client personalities Ability to discern a client's needs and deliver an appropriate product/service solution Ability to exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and commitment Organizational and time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines with quality work Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner and PowerPointWHAT WE OFFER
