Recruiter 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Ridgefield, CT 06877 Our client located in Ridgefield, CT is looking to hire a temp to perm Recruiter. The candidate needs to be strong enough to handle sales hiring. The recruiter will handle Mid Atlantic hourly hires but strong enough to take on sales hiring if necessary. The candidate is required to have a strong sales recruitment background as well. This client uses Ziprecruiter for their recruiting tool. Knowledge of Dayforce is very helpful. It can be 100% remote, Mon-Fri 9a-5.00p. The person would handle hourly recruitment as well as sales. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of various HR systems and processes, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Duties Conduct comprehensive job analyses to create accurate and compelling job descriptions. Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Conduct interviews and facilitate employee evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit within the company culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for internal recruiting. Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating training development initiatives for staff. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures while promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong skills in interviewing techniques and employee evaluation methods. Knowledge of HR sourcing strategies to effectively attract diverse talent pools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with Paychex or similar payroll systems is an advantage.
