Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Real Estate Recruiter / Mentor to join our team. This role is pivotal in recruiting top real estate agents and ensuring their successful onboarding and professional development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate sales, a valid California real estate license, and proven expertise in recruitment and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Identify, attract, and engage high-potential real estate agents through various sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and industry events. Collaborate with the Broker to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Training and Development:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new agents, such as sales techniques, market analysis, and compliance. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to new agents to enhance their skills and performance. Evaluate and implement training programs for continuous improvement.

Administration and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, training progress, and agent performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Licensing and Experience:

Active California real estate sales license. Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of performance. Previous experience in recruiting and training is desirable. You must reside in

San Diego County, California Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate others.
