The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Access control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily field installation operations of projects. Wire and program devices. Troubleshoot and repair security equipment as needed. Utilize multi-meter and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment functionality and identify issues. Operate scissor lifts safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Fabricate parts or components as required to support maintenance activities. Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate records of installation progress. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience as an security installer with best practices. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic tools such as multi-meters, drills, etcc,,. Experience with access control and CCTV systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with operating scissor lifts. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
