ServiceNow Administrator job is currently available at Belcan. This position allows you to work remotely from home. Qualified candidates will be located in the U.S. in Eastern or Central time zones to support customer hours. To be considered for this role, you will have 5+ years of Service Now Development experience supporting a large organization. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and management of a ServiceNow platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business goals and requirements. U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.

Job Duties:

• Work on improving our instance of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Configure and deploy an Enterprise Architecture (EA) instance within the environment
• Work within the CMDB and all included sub modules
• Create forms with UI policies
• Develop basic flows, preferable using Flow Designer
• Publish developments into testing and production environments
• Troubleshooting issues by reviewing Flow Context, Flow design, logs, and artifacts and applying fixes.
• Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operational administrative tasks, as needed
• Actively collaborates with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and
• Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances
• Document administrative processes and issues resolution
• Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies

Qualifications:

• High level understanding and experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and the suite of modules
• High level understanding and experience in Enterprise Architecture (EA) and all aspects of the CMDB
• The capability to implement and manage all aspects of Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• 5 years of relevant IT experience, or similar military experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to obtain a SECRET level or higher DOD security clearance if customer required

• Extremely well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills

• Experience working in an Agile based environment
• Service Portal page and widgets configurations
• ACLs - User Criteria for controlling access to records and UI
• Admin experience for setting, troubleshooting system properties
• Change, Release Management
• Business modules, like Portfolio & Project management, Agile, etc.
• ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration

This position is offering a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
