Responsibilities Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; Consult with buyers in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs Present competitive purchase offers on behalf of your buyer Consult with sellers- win the listing and market their home Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients Track tasks and activities in your CRM Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Prospect through your sphere and lead generation daily Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
