Full Stack Developer Clark Technology Cleveland, OH 44113 • Hybrid work C lark Technology is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with specific experience in the MERN stack and Python to work on an exciting healthcare time-clock system application.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in full stack development.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack and Python.

Front-End Expertise:

Advanced knowledge of React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux or Context API), and responsive design.

Back-End Expertise:

In-depth experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building scalable RESTful APIs.

Database Skills:

Proficient in MongoDB and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Python Proficiency:

Strong experience in Python for backend services, data processing, or scripting.

DevOps:

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Testing:

Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PyTest).

Version Control:

Advanced knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow). Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architecture. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
