Dallas, TX We are currently seeking a Credit and Collections/AR person to perform business to business commercial collections on past due accounts. Job functions include, but are not limited to: Review the status of delinquent accounts and initiate collection action consistent with company policies. Review credit limits and recommend changes to the A/R Manager. Research disputes on account balances resolving any disputed items. Communicate with customers and branch personnel regarding issues, such as proof of deliveries, returns, and other collection issues. Send out correspondence to customers when needed, such as past-due notices, final notices, etc. Recommend accounts to be sent for collections Maintain notes on customer files

Additional Requirements :

2+ years of commercial collections/ accounts receivable experience is a MUST. High School Graduates, some college is preferred Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
