Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all IT systems are functioning efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of computer networking, operating systems, and customer service skills to effectively resolve issues and enhance user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage company IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems. Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed. Ensure data security and backup processes are in place. Monitor system performance and resolve potential issues proactively. Collaborate with vendors for IT services and support. Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and network administration. Proficient in C# and PHP Experience with cybersecurity best practices. , Azure, or Google Cloud). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+,

CCNA, or Microsoft Certified:
