We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful, customer-driven individual to join our team as a treatment/scheduling coordinator. This position serves as a welcoming presence to all patients, vendors, and guests while offering day-to-day expertise in practice-level functions. This role is provided direction and responsibilities for various administrative tasks daily and is assigned those responsibilities by the Practice Leader. Dentrix experience is an added plus. Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental calendar using Dentrix software. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Assist in the collection of payments and manage insurance verification processes. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow. Perform clerical duties, including managing multi-line phone systems. Qualifications Proven experience in administrative support and front desk operations Proficiency in Dentrix and other EHR systems Strong patient service and customer service skills Knowledge of dental terminology Excellent computer skills Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks
