Human Resources Generalist Reports to:Human Resources Manager Status:
Full-Time Duke City Cares prides itself on a commitment to fast, friendly, quality patient care. The Human Resources Assistant will primarily provide support in regards to recruitment, applicant screening, record keeping, certification tracking and additional administrative duties as assigned.Human Resources Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Tracks open positions, maintains communication with Duke City Cares leadership in regards to position needs Posts open positions, maintains accurate records of applications Screens potential candidates for minimum qualifications Relays applicants to hiring managers Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments, participating in orientation, maintaining records and information. Welcomes new employees to the organization by participating in orientation. Assists in filing, scanning, and record keeping of employee files Partner with our Human Resources in the development of an overall training program; monitor and maintain various initiatives on an ongoing basis. Work with internal SMEs and training development staff to administer training courses Oversee development and maintenance of training manuals, documents, and other supporting materials. Partner and collaborate with managers to meet training needs by sector, division, group, or employee as needed. Human Resources Generalist Qualifications /Skills:
