We have an outstanding career opportunity for anHVAC Mechanicto join a leading Company located in theRutland, VTsurrounding area. We are currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support a contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance in Rutland, VT.

Hourly Pay Rate:

$40.00 per hour.

Health & Welfare Pay:

$7.00 per hour (up to 40 hours per week). HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Basic Hiring Criteria :

High School Diploma or equivalent Universal EPA or CFC certification is required Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment
