The Opportunity Step into a transformative leadership role and bring an innovative pre-seed SaaS workforce management concept to life. As a Venture Leader, you'll shape and execute the strategy, scale the venture, and deliver measurable value to construction SMB. With full funding from our parent company, Westfield, you can fully focus on creating a high-growth, profitable business without the distraction of fundraising. This is your opportunity to redefine marketplace dynamics, solve critical industry pain points, and create solutions that SMBs can't imagine living without. What You'll Do Define the strategy, vision, and OKRs for Propel People, positioning it for market leadership. Establish and track KPIs to drive product-market fit, scalability, and operational excellence. Build and optimize a scalable, AI-powered workforce solution tailored to SMB hiring and talent retention challenges. Drive customer acquisition strategies while optimizing CAC, LTV, and revenue models. Identify target customer segments, validate pain points, and refine the venture's unique value proposition. Develop customer acquisition strategies that foster growth while optimizing CAC and LTV. Design and implement scalable pricing and revenue models that maximize profitability. Launch and iterate on experiments to validate hypotheses and accelerate traction. Recruit and lead a lean, high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results. Work closely with product, tech, and GTM teams to drive results. Who You Are Experience in HR Tech, workforce automation, or SMB-focused SaaS solutions is a major plus. Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and AI-driven platforms, with proven success in scaling operations. You thrive in 0-1 startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making. A data-driven decision-maker, leveraging insights to shape strategy and iterate. Deep experience leading B2B SaaS ventures, with proven success in achieving product-market fit and scaling operations. Expertise in customer acquisition, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies. You know how to recruit, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Strong communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and drive buy-in. Strong background in B2B SaaS customer acquisition, sales, and pricing strategies.
