Job Description
The Program Manager, Operations is responsible for overseeing the Coldwell Banker national Referral Rewards program, in addition to supporting both recurring and ad-hoc initiatives. This position acts as the primary contact for Referral Rewards submissions from agents and Broker/Owners across more than 240 affiliates. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of effectively prioritizing multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and excel in collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Affiliate Operations. This role is 100% remote. The Ideal candidate will reside in the Eastern time zone; however, we will consider candidates in other locations.
RESPONSIBLITES
: Referral Rewards Management + Manage daily referral rewards submissions and process eligibility for over 240 nationwide brand affiliates. + Work closely with brokers and recruiters on referral submissions, assuring submissions are processed appropriately and in a timely manner. Serve as the first-line resource for referral status updates and process questions. + Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials for the program.Recurring & Ad-Hoc Operational Support:
+ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely planning and execution of operational initiatives. + Identify communication needs and help create promotional materials. + Collaborate with involved departments, including Communications, Field Services, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure smooth rollouts and integrations. + Assist with program or product rollouts to affiliatesQUALIFICATIONS
