The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the real estate market. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, ensuring that all transactions are handled smoothly and professionally. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs. Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and competitive listings. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice throughout the process. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Prepare property listings, including taking photographs and writing descriptions that highlight key features. Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details. Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all dealings. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. Requirements Proven experience in sales or real estate administrative roles is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
