We are located in Dripping Springs in our recently constructed 50,000+ square foot home office campus on 125+ acres of Texas hill country.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users in call center help desk or PC repair environments, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10, macOS, Android, iOS, printers, wireless routers, network security, and VPNs. Deliver exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication over the phone and via remote desktop solutions. Collaborate with team members and follow directives, working efficiently with minimal supervision. Continuously enhance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide optimal support solutions.
Qualifications:
