Job Description

One of our amazing clients is looking for an Account Coordinator in the High Point area
Shift and Pay:
1st shift- 7am- 5pm $20-25
Purpose of JOB:
This position will assist packaging sales staff in all aspects of customer service, pricing, order preparation, workflow and art proofing. The role will interact directly and indirectly with all company employees, customers, and vendors. Position will work closely with art and design department on label and packaging changes. Manage projects from start to finish and ensures customers have a positive experience.
Performance Standards:
Manage packaging project from sales staff through shipping and communicate customer/sales expectations to all departments. Receives and documents materials for each job and track them through the manufacturing process. Review customer purchase order and/or quote for all job specifications for accuracy and to insure price, delivery date and final delivery information. Review client native files/artwork when it comes in for accuracy of quote specifications. Engineers projects to be produced efficiently and within budget and determines if the order can be run with a better production method. Gathers proofs and sends to customers, reviews proofs and artwork from customers and returns to prepress. Attends daily production/planning meeting as a liaison between sales and production/operations. Investigate, communicate and assist in the resolution of customer complaints according to established company procedures. Apply Now!
Requirements:
High school or equivalent
Experience:
Strong attention to detail Computer literacy including, Microsoft Office products Strong listening skills Ability to multi-task effectively Good time management skills Strong interpersonal skills Preferred but not required Experience in printing or graphic arts industries Knowledge and skills in the Adobe Design Suite Knowledge and experience in

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for up to eight hours and stand.
