MAJOR DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provides product service and support for deposit account services, TIB's on-line correspondent banking system, image cash letter/item processing services, remote deposit capture services, and TIB billing systems. Monitors, reviews, analyzes, researches, and processes relevant item and transaction requests for deposit account services, TIB's core banking system, TIB's On-line correspondent banking system, image cash letter/item processing services, remote deposit capture services, and TIB billing systems. Professionally demonstrates or explains TIB's product services to prospective partners, existing partners, and stakeholders. Logs, researches, monitors, and resolves partner service concerns and system issues as they are identified, escalating issues when necessary. Assists with developing, maintaining, and improving department processes and procedures. Works as an effective team member and develops strong working relationships with relationship officers and other TIB stakeholders. Serves as a backup for certain duties performed by Account Operations Specialists as needed. This position is expected to pay between $50,000 to $70,000 per year. Complies with all banking laws and regulations, and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information.

REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
