The Primary role of the Family Risk Advisor is to maintain our current customers. Line Sales Manager:

This person would help build a sales team and be responsible for team sales goals. 2.

Future Agency Owner:

If you know that you would like to run your own business with your own team but don't believe you currently have the skills or capital this is a great path. This candidate would seek their own agency (outside of markets we operate in) after a 2 to 3 year mentorship program.
