Consumer Lending Funding Specialist I, II, III and Senior Consumer Lending Funding Specialist.Primary Functions:
Supervise and perform all tasks and complete all processes associated with reviewing, processing, and funding loans received from business partners for vehicles loans (indirect funding).Duties and Responsibilities:
Remain knowledgeable about current and evolving Consumer Lending products, services, and processes. Perform all duties of the highest category Funding Specialist, plus research, analyze and resolve unusual and complex situations. Assist in the oversight of daily operations to meet service level agreements and loan volume objectives. Manage time effectively to balance and complete loan tasks and supervisory duties. Supervise, develop, train, monitor, and provide regular feedback to specialists. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standard operating practices for yourself and your team. Assist in conducting a review of work completed and the creation, review and modification of internal documentation and training materials. Communicate with everyone in an articulate, diplomatic, and professional manner and within established service level agreements. Provide regular feedback to management to suggest improvements or changes to improve and maximize efficiency, employee production, and provide quality member service. Foster a collaborative, cohesive, and professional environment within the department and with business partners. Perform duties accurately, earnestly, and honestly, and with confidentiality to safeguard member's information. Assist in all other areas of Consumer Lending, of similar or lower category, as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation:

Applicants must have consumer lending experience with duties similar to those listed above. Must perform and coordinate tasks in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment while meeting volume objectives and maintaining accuracy. Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical / critical thinking skills are essential. Must be articulate in written and oral communication skills, ensuring proper grammar, structure, completeness, and consistency. Proficient in end user computer technologies including Microsoft Office Suite.Tenure:
Consumer Lending Funding Supervisor II requires meeting proven acceptable performance standards as established by management. Management may consider Consumer Lending related work experience and/or accelerated training completion in lieu of tenure. CompensationSalary Pay Ranges:
Consumer Lending Funding Supervisor I (Category 10): $63,233 - $99,908 annually Consumer Lending Funding Supervisor II (Category 09): $69,557 - $112,677 annually Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
