Ensure that the A Warmath Insurace Group Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects. Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly. Responsible for accurate underwriting. Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance. Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry. Requirements Must be available 8:30AM to 5:30PM CST Must have a valid Texas Property and Casualty license to sell insurance or a resident license in the state you live in if outside of Texas + (non-resident TX license not required to interview). MUST have 2+ years experience selling P&C Insurance in a Captive Agency Setting in order to be considered for fully remote. Strong interest in a sales career successful sales experience required.
