Full Time Our client, a leader in the light industrial sector, is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be supporting maintenance and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title:

$27- 34/hr
Hours:
12 hour rotating shift, 2 days on 2 off, 3 days on and 3 off; 7am-7pm or 7p-7a What's the Job? Provide technical troubleshooting skills to maintenance and operations to restore product flow. Assist in the development and implementation of small capital projects and major repairs. Analyze equipment and process data to identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a resource for technical guidance to manufacturing personnel. Respond to trouble calls on a 24/7 basis as part of the maintenance support team. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of experience with electrical systems and controls in industrial applications. Experience in product and process failure analysis with knowledge of manufacturing techniques. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
