Our team provides exceptional remote and on-site technical support to a diverse range of clients. We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role, combining remote troubleshooting with on-site service to ensure our clients' systems run smoothly. If you're passionate about technology and client success, we want to hear from you! High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, software, and peripherals across Windows and Linux environments. Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, remote desktop software, and imaging solutions is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues via chat, email, phone, and in-person, with an emphasis on clear explanations of technical issues to non-technical users. Proven ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation for service tickets, inventory records, and administrative tasks using IT service management tools. Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic router/switch configuration. Experience troubleshooting connectivity issues and supporting Wi-Fi networks is highly desirable. Experience managing IT hardware and software inventories, including tracking assets, coordinating equipment lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience. Comfortable driving to client sites across Ohio. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and employment verification. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving IT environments, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends. Reliable high-speed internet connection at home. Company vehicle provided after probationary period.
