The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacture of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner. Duties/Responsibilities:

Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions Visually inspects parts to assure conformance with standards and customer requirements Inspect tooling for wear and damage Properly and safely operate equipment, record production daily, Operate one or more CNC machines daily while maintaining all quality safety requirements Properly and safely Load / Unload Machine, record production daily, identify and isolate non-conforming product, and assist the team leader Can read and interpret basic technical drawings and blueprints Assists Set-Up Tech with basic set up and tear down Maintains a near zero scrap throughout the run cycle Make machine offset adjustments as needed to maintain control limits Job description is not all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic computer/technical skills Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds Ability to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms 8 hours or more Willing and able to work overtime and as required Willing to work any shift as necessary Communicate and understand work instructions both verbally and written in English Strong work ethic / Positive attitude / Self-motivated Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years related experience required. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
