Objective:
Attract, build relationships, and onboard qualified candidates to meet the company's driver needs, meet and exceed set quota. Engage in outreach activities to identify potential drivers, apprising them of the outstanding benefits available to our team members. Timely processing of leads from diverse channels. Working knowledge of all current DOT regulations and Federal and State Employment Laws.
Duties:
Develop and implement comprehensive driver recruitment strategies aimed at achieving the company's hiring objectives. Obtain driver leads and contact potential candidates via phone, e-mail, web, text and referrals as necessary to establish contact and begin building rapport. Proactively reach out to and engage every qualified lead. On a daily basis, promote our company by being a positive 'contact' and company advocate by accurately and professionally expressing the opportunities and benefits working with us through various media channels. Use of social media to promote the company, attract potential new drivers by showcasing driver hiring experience Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create recruitment materials, job postings, and promotional campaigns to attract candidates. Oversee the entire driver hiring process, ensuring the driver enjoys a pleasant, welcoming and stress-free experience. Create all applicants onboarding material needed before the start of orientation and gather any necessary information to complete the drivers' necessary files. Image all driver documents into our system. Maintain accurate and current records of all driver candidates and hiring activities.
Requirements:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate. Experience of the hiring and onboarding process in trucking or transportation, ability to confidently conduct negotiations and agree on contracting terms through each stage independently. Previous experience in sales is preferred. Ability to demonstrate professional and positive presentation of our company to effectively 'promote' the company and its mission to potential candidates. Pleasant and assertive/persuasive personality. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must be self-motivated, able and willing to work independently and get results. Ability to maintain composure and react professionally during periods of stress. Basic computer skills are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Self-driven and motivated by sales and growth opportunities Deep understanding of Eastern European cultural dynamics. Proficiency in English and Russian.
