  • Location:
    Hybrid, 3x/week, Deerfield, IL
  • Pay Rate:
    \$40-50/hr W2 based on experience
  • Duration:
    6 months, chance of extension or conversion
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree OR High School Diploma and at least 3 years ofexperience in Recruitment department or staffing agency.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessingtalent.
  • Experience with Kenexa or similar recruiting software tools (iCims,Workday, etc.).
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and externalcustomers, including meeting quality standards for services, andevaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience using time management skills such asprioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines ofmultiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for businesspurposes (within state and out of state).
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • At least one year of experience recruiting for technology roles
  • At least one year of experience utilizing behavioral interviewing andother assessment techniques.
  • AIRS Certification.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources todevelop strategies that meet department goals within budget andestablished timelines.
  • Experience working with OFCCP compliance guidelines
  • DAY-to-DAY TASKS:
  • Working with Tech recruiters on high volume roles
  • Sourcing
  • Pipelining
  • Contacting candidates/Screening
  • SOFT SKILLS
  • Strong Communication skills, customer service, time management,organization, flexibility, able to keep up with fast-paced environment,Experience with ATS
