We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Parts Representative. Responsibilities Assist customers with their automotive needs Look up and order parts Maintain inventory of parts Process returns and exchanges Provide excellent customer service Ability to post part online to be sold (Ebay, Marketplace, Craigslist etc..) Other task that may be delegated related to the job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 year of experience in the automotive industry & specifically In Parts Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
