JOB DUTIES

• Operates company 26' box truck to deliver local orders to RV manufacturers.
• Loads and sorts products onto the delivery truck for maximum efficiency
• Selects the most efficient routes for each days deliveries.
• Unloads products at customer location and obtains customer signature on packing slip to show proof of delivery.
• Unloads materials and products from trucks and containers into warehouse
• Operate forklift, clamp truck, and other warehouse equipment to safely and efficiently move materials on and off trucks and within the warehouse
• Order pulling on a routine basis
• Physically pull orders from shelves and load them onto forklifts
• Transport packed items onto the shipping pallet
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis
• Demonstrated ability to perform at a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and customers.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Valid non-commercial Indiana driver's license
• Perform general warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and conducting regular cycle counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a high school diploma or

GED. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES MUST

have box truck delivery driver experience, preferably in the RV industry. Experience in order picking and materials handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions. Ability to document any information obtained from customer during delivery. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Basic computer skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to move up to 100lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
