Robert Half HRIS Analyst in Sparks
, Maryland Description We are in search of an HRIS Analyst for our healthcare operations located in Sparks, Maryland. This role involves a mix of onsite and remote work, offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The HRIS Analyst will play a vital role in implementing and managing our workforce management system, along with processing payroll for multiple states.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the UKG Workforce Management system
- Process payroll for multiple states, including California
- Handle workforce management tasks, including mobile app management, scheduling, geofencing, and analytics
- Set up tables and charts in PeopleSoft
- Test and map data for accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct audits and review audit results for compliance and improvements
- Inspect dimensions of our HRIS payroll system
- Create, test, and implement scripts for our attendance system
- Leverage skills in ADP - Payroll to ensure smooth payroll operations
- Work in a team-oriented environment to implement new models and upgrade systems as required. Requirements
- A minimum of five years experience in HRIS analysis within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro and Kronos Workforce software.
- Demonstrated experience in Workforce Management (WFM).
- Proven experience in system testing and data mapping.
- Ability to conduct audits, perform audit reviews and carry out dimensional inspections.
- Skills in creating tables and managing data.
- Familiarity with ADP - Payroll and HRIS Payroll System.
- Experience in writing and executing test scripts.
- Knowledge of managing attendance systems.
