An established and fast-growing manufacturing plant in Lakeland, FL is looking for a sharp, motivated Electronics Technician to join their high-performance team. What You'll Tackle:

Keep Production Moving:
Install, repair, and maintain the electronic and computer components of critical production equipment. โšก
Master Troubleshooter:
Diagnose complex electrical/mechanical issues, and partner with leadership to drive solutions. ๐Ÿ–ฅ
Control Systems Guru:
Retrofit, modify, and create electrical schematics; maintain all types of motor controllers (AC/DC drives); and upgrade machine control systems. ๐Ÿง  Stay Ahead of the
Curve:
Execute preventative maintenance to spot problems before they arise โ€” keeping downtime to an absolute minimum. ๐Ÿค–
PLC Expert:
Work with industry-leading systems like Allen Bradley and Siemens, ensuring production lines stay efficient and modern. What You Bring to the
Table:
๐ŸŽ“ High school diploma or GED (specialty or technical training a plus!). ๐Ÿ”ง 4+ years of electronics experience (2+ years in industrial manufacturing preferred). ๐Ÿ›œ Advanced skills with PLCs, drives, and machine control systems. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Quick thinking, strong prioritization skills, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. ๐Ÿ“ฆ Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we'll help you get there!). ๐Ÿ“š Solid reading, writing, and math skills to navigate technical documents with ease.
