Manufacturing Technician-1st shift Diecast 12hr Rotating Schedule Starting $27.50 Briggs & Stratton 7251 Zell Miller Pkwy, Statesboro, GA 30458 Position Description With your technical expertise, you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in your area. You'll also be responsible for setting up various production machines to ensure top-notch quality products are manufactured You will do this by: Maintaining mechanical, electrical and hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment Perform various operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification Performs other duties as assigned You are the kind of person who is/has: Intermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledge Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location A team player mindset Enjoys a challenge Great interpersonal skills and communication skills Proficient Computer skills Experience Requirements Minimum of 1.5 years' relevant working experience to include; Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic skills Why Briggs?
