6 month contract to hireRemote/Hybrid :
Will be fully remote for 6 months (if outside of Los Angeles), upon conversion this person will have to commute to the Los Angeles office Monday-Thursday.- If outside of Los Angeles, this person must be open to relocation upon conversion to meet the in office requirement
- Description The ServiceNow Administrator will play a critical role in managing and evolving our ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and compliance standards.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on enhancing existing capabilities and innovating new functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and provide solutions that add value to the company.
- Manage and optimize ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, with the technical ability to perform configuration changes in ServiceNow itself.
- Develop and implement processes for platform configuration and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related queries and issues, offering expert-level support.
- Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, process workflows, and user guides.
- Liaise with ServiceNow's support and consulting resources for advanced troubleshooting and solution implementation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a related role.
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) or equivalent preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Experience in leading governance and strategic planning for ServiceNow implementations.
