MUST HAVE

High School Diploma or GED required Need time management skills, organization, and positive attitude -2-4+ years of working in a mortgage environment (preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to loan administration activities - real estate taxes, property insurance, escrow analysis, and mortgage insurance) •Would be open to Processor, Servicing Accounting background, etc. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being detailed and results oriented Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Comfortable with people and talking over the phone Someone who has a positive outlook, not scared of multi-tasking, customer centric, and has a real desire to please the customer Understand the importance of their clients Bulk of the work is more back office (i.e. think Processing in servicing or origination space)
