Position Overview:

As the Business Software Implementation Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-level software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This position demands strong project management skills, technical understanding of business software, and the ability to coordinate across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of business software implementations from initiation to post-launch support. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams, including software developers, consultants, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration. Manage project risks, resolve issues, and mitigate potential delays. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders. Ensure all implementations align with industry best practices and organizational standards.
