• Operations Tech 1: Demonstrate behavior and alignment with Company Core Values and Avon Employee Attributes Active participant in 1st party audit program and meet zero overdue principle for audits and required training o Trained and proficient in performing all tasks, per the training matrix/checklist for: Packout Level 1 Control room/field operations Raw materials unloading/handling Hazardous waste labeling and handling Perform autonomous maintenance and 5S/housekeeping tasks associated with job duties Perform all standard work in accordance with schedules and checklists Be vigilant and observant of plant/product conditions•act to correct or mitigate any safety, core value, quality, or facility/equipment issues that arise Operating technicians work rotating 12-hour day/evening shifts within a 4 day on 4 day off sequence.

Additional shifts are required, as needed, to cover manpower shortages or other urgent needs. Operating Technicians are paid on a progressive skill-based, pay structure. All operating technicians are required to reach Operations Tech 3 level.
