Would you enjoy helping our members' dreams of becoming a homeowner come true? If so, this Real Estate Compliance Specialist position might be the role for you! Here are some of the details about this exciting opportunity: Love getting into the details by reviewing legal documents and ensuring the information is correct and current. Being a knowledgeable point of contact for departments and members with questions regarding documents that are required to fund refinances and mortgages. Someone who thrives on teamwork and working cross-functionally, since this role will be working with different departments to close and fund loans. A love for paying attention to details which will come in handy when disbursing checks and wires to ensure accuracy and appropriate ledger transactions. Remaining vigilant in following processes and procedures as required to ensure that everything is done right. Here is what we are looking for: Excellent written and presentation skills, as this role will be communicating with all levels of management. Detail oriented as there is considerable work done with legal documents. A minimum of 2 years of Real Estate experience in the financial industry, bank, or credit union is a must. Strong understanding of ECOA, TILA, RESPA, FCRA, and SAFE Act, as well as CA regulations.

Base Pay/Salary:

$29.00•$34.00 per hour Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
